” Después de más de 20 años como actriz, habiéndome formado durante muchos años con diferentes maestros y técnicas, mi trayectoria como profesora de teatro empieza en el 2012 en campamentos de verano.
En el 2018 comencé a impartir talleres, y poco después me lancé con las extraescolares en diferentes colegios de Toledo, compaginándolo con campamentos urbanos.
Desde septiembre del 2021 imparto clases en mi propia academia “ArteBaria” donde tengo alumnos de todas las edades.
En el 2019 obtuve el Certificado de profesionalidad “Docencia de la formación profesional para el empleo”

Llevo 20 años practicando yoga en la mayoría de sus vertientes (físico, meditación, midfulnes, afirmaciones, mantras, mudras….) y experimentando en mi misma los beneficios tan positivos que ha aportado a mi vida, por lo que decidí intentar que todo ésto se traspasase a los pequeños para que desde una edad temprana puediesen experimentarlo .
Desde mi experiencia con ellos y con los niños que realizan la práctica de una forma regular los pequeños van mejorando la concentración y el enfoque, van aprendiendo a gestionar, el estrés, la ansiedad, las frustraciones, también aumentan la confianza y la autoestima, respeto hacia otras personas y a si mismas, fomenta la creatividad y la imaginación y mejora la flexibilidad y su fuerza, entre otras.
En general si práctica regular puede mejorar el bienestar y la calidad de vida de los más pequeños.

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website.
